As it is an Apart Hotel, everything is done in the Self Check-in and Self Check-out procedure. There is no reception, you just have to leave the key in the appropriate place and you can leave the hotel, anytime of your check-out day.

Very Good
Location, very close to Campo Pequeno metro station and utilities such as supermarket and bar/coffee. New furnitures and renewed building. Nice staff.
Flat was not clean and ready when we arrived, after our check-in time they still cleaned but after they still cleaned again at our request as was not perfect (hoover was not working).

We did not stay in this place there was an issue with the lift in this apartment and they relocate us to a nice place closer to city centre.
Was a bit of stress the relocation but it end up well

Great location near to cafe’s, bars, restaurants and shops. Easy access to trains, metro, buses and taxi’s, secure and safe
A few broken items in the apartment, but not detrimental to our stay.
